Carlota Pastora Abogada

Carlota Pastora

As a lawyer, I have developed my professional practice in tax law, commercial contracts, corporate law, banking law and new technologies.

I started my own project after more than 10 years of professional experience working in law firms and consultancies specialising in business law, as well as in the legal departments of financial institutions.

I work with a pragmatic approach to solving complex tax and commercial issues, with important implications for my clients' results. I have extensive experience in helping both companies and individuals to achieve optimal tax efficiency in their commercial and investment transactions, as well as in real estate and property transactions.

As a lawyer, I have a deep understanding of the ongoing business challenges and take the time to understand the short and long-term goals of each client in order to develop favourable strategies and customised solutions that provide maximum benefits.
